Employee engagement is a good predictor of organizational performance. Last September 27, 2015, the HR Department conducted an Employee Engagement Survey to Brown Group of Companies employees. The gathering of data lasted until October 16, 2015. There were at least 120 employees responded.
The results determine the employees’ sentiments towards their work, co-workers, heads, and to the company. The survey results were presented and discussed to different department heads and supervisors and gathered suggestions on how to address the areas for improvement and come up with intervention strategy.
4th Quarter Employee Re-orientation
Last November 13, 2015, Brown Group of Companies conducted the 4th Quarter Employee Re-orientation Seminar. This is to re-orient employees quarterly on the important topics such as Company Profile, Mission, Vision, Core Values, Code of Conduct, Procedures in Handling Administrative Case, Payroll & Timekeeping, Telephone & Office Etiquette, Safety & Health Standard, Drug Free Workplace Policy, HIV, TB & Hepa B and different Departmental Procedures.
This would help the employees recall the policies and procedures of the company and be guided over on performing the practices that created a family-like culture.
