On November 19, 2016, West Highlands in Butuan held a golf tournament to celebrate the launch of the golf course.
Butuan junior golfer Alex Delfin Trinos was the Overall Gross Champion. Butuan businessman Renne Sakay was Tournament Champion. The 1st runner-up was another junior golfer, Alex Bernard Trinos, while the 2nd runner-up was Zalde Paduganan, an NGCP Electrical Engineer. —Benedict Franco Ramos

Pizarro said the 10-hectare property will have 207 lots at an average lot size of 250 sqm. The Phase 1 of the project will comprise 100 lots.
Cluster A has 50 saleable lots with an area of 2.2 hectares.
